I lived in Edenvale Street all through my child hood. I had two brothers one older and one younger. We had happy days there. We used to play in the road - hop scotch and tin pan alley and many more games. There were no cars down the road in those days. our mums used to sit on the walls out side and you could leave your doors all open.|We had so much fun then. I used to go to Langford Road Primary School then went on to Hurlingham. I worked at the Sunlight Laundry in the offices in Broughton Road for about 15 years. It was lovely. I moved from Edenvale Street when I got married in 1963.
