I do remember going a few times - it had a Wurlitzer organ that came up in the interval. My aunt Elsie trained as a cinema pianist but never actually worked as one, since talkies came in just as she was ready with a large repertoire of Zameknic's movie-tunes. She used to play them for us all the time back then. I remember very little else about the cinema apart from its external appearance as my father discouraged us from going there. I think my parents preferred the ABC cinema at Fulham Broadway. I believe I was taken there as a fairly young child to see the Disney features, Snow White, Pinocchio, etc but my brothers and I missed out on Saturday morning pictures and so on.
