I remember South Park well. There was a house with a gallery overlooking the Park near Clancarty entrance. It was owned by big Chinese restaurant owner. He had a pool table and the kids used to sit on the window sill and watch him playing. He used to send out sweets. The house was built in the late 1800s and was owned by an artist.
